Inspector Kelly looked up from the spot on the sidewalk where she had stopped, the shadow of the high rise loomed over her, "This is it." she spoke more to herself than anyone particular. She had been researching and scoping this 'club' for two years now, how many countless nights spent alone watching the comings and goings of this club were lost by now... it had become an obsession that secluded her from the rest of the world and any other social standing she had outside of work. How many oddly connected disappearances seemed to all happen in this block of town or why such a place was so insanely popular with money hungry shady businessmen, she had to find out! A random bump to her shoulder from someone passing her there finally snapped her out of her thoughts, the faint apology barely registered as she smoothed her hands over her jacket she wore to cover the outfit that hid beneath before clasping the handle of the door. The rush of warm air greeted her with as much force as the not so bubbly receptionist who seemed more annoyed she had to be bothered with greeting her than checking through her phone, "Welcome to the Enclave, I'm Becky, how can I help you.. yada yada." said with an eye roll. "Right... well I am here to meet the owner, a Mr. D I believe the card said?", Kelly fidgeted with her briefcase as the realization of all her hard work had finally paid off in finding a connection to this place to get her in, "Sure, sec then hon." the receptionist shot back while tapping loudly on her phone. Kelly decided to take this time to walk around the lobby, one that weirdly looked... normal, she had half expected to be greeted by some big burly men in a dimly lit dank room by the looks of some of the people she had seen coming and going from this place at times late at night but instead a rather posh lobby with exotic furnishings greeted her eyes. A sign on the wall caught her attention, "The Enclave A Gentleman's Fetish Club... What will you find?", giving a snarky huff at the idea of such a thing existing in this city -Oh, I'll find out alright!-... the sound of annoyed snapping fingers from Becky rang through the room, "Yeah so like Mr. D can see you now, just go through the elevator and hit the top floor button." the snotty fake smile that accompanied was one nearly screamed to be slapped right off, "Thanks." Kelly retorted giving the receptionist a curt nod before entering the elevator.

The doors opened to a narrow hallway, for a moment she felt like maybe she had hit the wrong button while fantasizing about slapping the receptionist, that is until the doors to a room on the left opened to a tall and very sturdy figure that filled the frame of the doorway. "Greetings, Ms. K was it?" that sultry deep tone in his voice washed over her like honey as he held out his as if to signal her to move forward before the elevator shut... "Oh, right.. yes." clearing her throat as she stepped into the hall towards him, somehow now feeling very aware of how deep she was into this. "I assume you are who they refer to as 'Mr. D' then? The owner of this 'fine' establishment?", Kelly's voice was laced with a bit of sarcasm to try and help compose herself in his presence, she hadn't expected him to be so.. big.. or.. roguishly handsome.. pushing her way past him into what she assumed was his office in an attempt to assert her authority over the situation. He had yet to say anything, which was rather unnerving, but rather watched her intently as she thumped her briefcase down on the desk and began to untie the strap of her coat to allow it to fall from her shoulders and back onto the chair. She had decided on wearing a rather short black dress with a plunging neckline that accented her petite frame and heavy bust, one that she was now feeling very insecure and out of her element in having worn to this, -What the fuck Kelly- she cursed herself internally but it was too late.. she was here now and she'd use it to her advantage if it meant finding out some answers. He must have sensed her awkwardness as he began to speak seating himself firmly behind the opposite side of the desk and leaned back, "Yes, I am the owner of the Enclave. What exactly has brought you here today Ms Kelly?" his eyes lingered over her before finally settling on the briefcase she had opened that contained a mountain of files. "I am here because your establishment seems to attract some pretty shady business Mr. D, I have here countless missing persons reports" she began slapping them one by one out of the desk before him... "all young women with hardly any background to go from... and eye witnesses from around the area of strange vehicles leaving and returning at all hours of the night.". She half expected him to look worried or as if he had been caught red handed when she sat back in her chair, her face plastered with a high and mighty look of importance while he shifted through some of the files, "I've even heard reports of mob activity happening here Mr. D, money laundering and well.. you were just recently raided were you not?". A long pause filled the room, the sound of ticking from the grandfather clock in the corner was the only thing to pierce the silence.. until his voice cracked in an amused laugh, "Oh well then you should also know, Ms. K, that the police found nothing when they arrived here to raid my establishment, not one lick of evidence that held any guilt on my part for any of that. In fact.." he had now leaned forward, closer to her.. giving her a stoic look that was both worrisome and weirdly charming for his features, "I've had quite a few reputable politicians and business owners come to my defense in that case and as such was dropped by the department you work for.". Kelly blinked at that last remark, -How the hell did he know I work for the department?- and she could feel her face growing warm and red, the composure she had before was starting to crumble as she fumbled to find the words, "Yes... well... you may have fooled the department and this town but I'm not convinced, Sir, that there is more going on here and that your pockets run deep to keep it all quiet!". With that remark he stood from the chair, his frame towered over her and for a moment Kelly thought for sure he's throw her out of his office, "Will you join me Ms. K?" outstretching his hand in an offer for her to take it, flashing a broad white toothed smile that could melt any defenses one held up... -Wait.. what?!- she thought, blinking back the surprise as she was certain she had just fucked up all her hard work to get here by loosing her cool.. "Join you where?" and as if by some force not of her own, now found herself standing there holding his hand in the hallway as he pushed the button to the elevator, "The club." was all he said before pulling them both inside.

She continued as he pulled her by the hand from the elevator, "But my stuff!" Kelly had all but blanked on grabbing her files and jacket cursing herself for allowing him to affect her.. but the man had a strange charm about him, "Oh, they will be safe there Ms K, besides you can't very well look around with your hands full now can you?". He began his tour, his voice stood out from the gathering of people that bantered and laughed, some engaged in rather festive scenes that she was rather shocked to witness right there out in the open in what he refereed to as the lounge. The Lounge was meticulous detailed, from the exquisite furnishings to the bar that held.. from what she could see.. very expensive drinks, some of which she had never seen before. Her eyes danced all around the room as she watched everyone, the crackling of the fireplace, the cigar smoke that hung in the air with an occasional waft of sexual arousal that stung the nose much like a heavy perfume or cologne. Every so often the sound of a loud smack to the backside of a female would elicit a whimper or cry that seemed to edge some of the men on, the charming smile from a hostess that pranced around the room to attend to the needs of the men... seemed a rather normal occurrence to them, to everyone here actually. She hadn't realized he had lead her further along, coming to stand in the hallway with a piano that was expertly played by a woman in lingerie, in fact she only now realized that most every woman in the club was in some form of lingerie or fetish styled attire and the men were all in suits... though some in various states of disarray, equally said for the women as some were even naked. "To your left is the Dance Hall where we have our events ranging in specialized DJ's or themes like a masquerade..." his voice warm against her neck and shoulder as he had leaned further down to talk directly next to her ear, "... and to your right is the Game Room where we host a few group activities with willing participants that like the excitement of multiple partners.". Had he said that to gage her reaction, surely he wasn't talking about swingers, what sort of place was this?! Her eyes darted to the Dance Hall, taking in the dark atmosphere and the twinkling lights that adorned the pillars and ceiling, the flash of red drapes and gold trimmings helped to draw the eye while also permitting some areas to seem more excluded from view. Kelly seemed rather drawn in by it all, as if the place was taking hold of her somehow... maybe it was more because she had never been in such a place before or the allure of activities being enjoyed by others played at some deeply hidden part of her... she shook her head to clear it, -Focus dammit! You are here to find out about what lies beneath the façade, not become part of it!- and almost as if reading her mind, felt the slip of his arm wrap around her waist at the back urging her forward into a room adorned with pillars and a rather odd looking padded cage. "What happened to all the statues?" she blurted out rousing a hearty laugh from Mr. D and gained her yet another one of those delicious smiles of his, "This is the Display Room, think of it as you being the statue Ms. K should you feel the desire to display and open yourself up to a little adventure on the more non-consensual side of things. Most of the girls that work here spend time in here for the male members to, enjoy." offering her a wink as she continued trying to process what exactly he meant by that all the while still being lured further along towards another elevator that was guarded by a security guard. She was introduced to Neo who gave her a cold nod behind the shady glasses he wore inside the room, no words were spoken between either men but somehow this guy knew to push the button on the elevator and found herself once more inside the small compartment, "Now where are you taking me?" Kelly asked with a mixture of intrigue and worry. Mr. D pushed the bottom button and continued, "Well to go up you would find that we have a rather nice rooftop Ms. K, a coffee house with a relaxing outdoor seating arrangement along with some equipment for extracurricular activities that some could find some exercise from and a very nice puppy park for those members who bring their uh, pets, to the club with them." there was that damn smile again, she was starting to like it all too much! The elevator doors opened with a rush of cool air, it sent a wave of goosebumps along her bare skin, "The final area Ms. K, our wine cellar." his hand having never left her back now pushed her along and down the stairs to a dimly lit cellar that contained vast shelves of wine bottles and crates, one corner held a seating area and another what looked like a wine tasting spot. The size alone was enough to make most restaurants in the area green with envy, surely he must be supplying some with the sheer amount of here, maybe this was how he was getting all his money! Kelly began scouting the various boxes and crates for scratched off serial numbers.. at least she thought they were tracked like that anyhow, but trying her best to find anything that could be a lead into her suspicions when the sound of a muffled voice crackled next to her from his ear piece, -Was that there before?- trying to recollect if he had it previously been wearing that. He whispered something under his breath against his wrist before turning to take a bottle from the wall rack, "A drink Ms. K? Surely you can't come all this way and not sample our famous house wine, it's of good stock from where I am from." popping the cork and began to pour two glasses and somewhere in the mix of taking in the distraction of the room, Kelly had not noticed the sleight of hand that conjured a small bottle from his pocket that found the contents of it into her cup. Handing her a glass he motioned for them to sit at the little café table, plopping herself up on the stool and eased back into it as she took the first sip of wine.. her body began to warm instantly against the coolness of the room, "You really shouldn't have invested so much of your time and effort into watching my place Kelly..." her eyes flashed over the brim of the glass as he spoke very dryly and had used her name this time, blinking rapidly as she felt the strong nature of the wine taking over and having wished she had eaten something before coming, "What?" she muttered into the glass. Mr. D leaned forward sitting his glass on the table, his gaze went from her to up above her head as if looking at something else, "Be careful with this one" he spoke, her head fell back as if in slow motion while the room began to spin... her last coherent sight was that of another man with short hair and a long braided beard towering over her with a wicked grin, "Yes Sir Bossman." in an accent she'd never heard before.
