Agents are employees of The Agency who oversee business operations of The Agency's clients. Agents are also responsible for the recruitment and acquisition of new talent to meet the specific needs of The Agency's clients. Reputed for their discretion and ability to maintain the confidentiality of their clients, the Agents of the Agency work directly with their clients to accommodate their needs. The Enclave and several of its members are The Agency's principal clients and the overall business aspects of The Red Club and The Enclave are run by The Agency. As part of the talent acquisition services provided by The Agency, Agents recruit and investigate the background of potential new VIP Gentlemen, servants, companions, hostesses, dancers, and other staff. In this capacity, they are also charged with overseeing the intensive employee orientation of incoming servants to ensure compliance with the rigorous requirements of The Enclave's members.
